LogicByte ("we," "our," or "us") provides mobile applications published under our Google Play Console developer account (collectively, the "Services" or "Applications"). This Privacy Policy applies to all wallpaper and utility applications published by LogicByte and details our practices regarding data handling, advertising, permissions, and user privacy.

1. Information Collection and Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)

Directly Collected Information

We do not directly collect, request, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, phone number, email address, physical address, or contact lists.

Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)

Our applications display third-party advertisements served by Google AdMob to support development and maintain free access. To serve relevant ads, prevent ad fraud, and provide frequency capping, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process certain non-personally identifiable diagnostic and device information, which may include:

• Device Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID / GAID) and device-specific hardware parameters.
• Network & Connection Information: IP address, general coarse location (country or city level derived from IP), and mobile network carrier.
• App Performance & Diagnostic Data: Crash logs, ad response times, ad click/impression metrics, and general diagnostic performance data.

2. Offline Architecture & Wallpaper Features

• Offline Assets: All wallpaper images and collections are bundled locally within the application package. Browsing, viewing, and applying wallpapers do not require server communication.
• Network Usage: Internet permissions (android.permission.INTERNET and android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE) are utilized strictly to load and serve advertisements via the Google AdMob SDK.

3. Permissions and Local Storage

Our applications use standard Android permissions solely to execute local utility features:

• Set Wallpaper (SET_WALLPAPER / SET_WALLPAPER_HINTS): Required to apply selected images directly as your device's home screen, lock screen, or both.
• Favorites Feature (Internal Storage): Adding wallpapers to your "Favorites" saves your selection locally on your device via internal app storage (SharedPreferences or local database). This data is never transmitted externally and is removed automatically if the app is uninstalled or storage is cleared.
• Local Processing: Used strictly for offline image rendering, bitmap scaling, and cropping.

4. Target Audience & Age Restriction (Strictly 18+)

Applications published under LogicByte are strictly intended for an adult audience aged 18 years and older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).

• In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, our applications are categorized under adult/mature ratings.
• We do not intentionally target, market to, or collect data from children or minors under the age of 18.

5. User Choices and Ad Personalization

Users have direct control over advertising data via their Android device settings:

• Reset or Delete Advertising ID: Navigate to Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads) on your Android device to reset your Google Advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertising.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to safeguard local application data. Because personal data is not collected or stored on proprietary servers, your user data remains protected on your local device, and advertising transmission is secured via HTTPS/TLS protocols handled by Google's SDK.
